C’est une HONTE .Nous exigeons la liberté immédiate des jeunes adolescentes lesbiennes ,
emprisonnées au Maroc , suite à un baiser et une étreinte dans la rue , nous exigeons aussi bien
la liberté de tous les jeunes gens emprisonnés pour « le délit » de leur orientation sexuelle .
C’est une HONTE , les jeunes filles ont été condamnées à trois ans de prison .
il faudrait abroger l’article 489 du code pénal marocain et dépénaliser , en général les relations sexuelles
avec consentement hors mariages des couple hétéros ou homos .
le Maroc qui a adopté une constitution les plus démocratique , ne peut pas continuer
à bafouer les droits humains notamment les droits des homosexuels à une vie privée
protégée par la loi et de garantir les libertés fondamentales .
