في الأونة الأخيرة تم تفكيك خلايا إرهابية وربما الأجهزة الأمنية قد فهمت بأن تصوير المشتبه بهم وعرضهم في الإعلام العمومي يشكل إنتهاكا للقرينة البراءة وإنتهاكا لسرية البحث والتحقيق وهو خرق قانوني يستوجب المساءلة القانونية ،كنت أتمنى أن أقرأ بيانا أو بلاغا أومقالا للجمعيات الحقوقية أو المحاميين أو الأساتذة الجامعيين ينبهون لهذا الخرق القانوني ويدعون لمحاسبة من قام به أو أمر به لكن وكأن على رؤوسهم الطير ولم ينبسوا ببنت شفا ،المسألة الثانية التي كنت أود الإشارة بأن الإرهاب الحقيقي
الذي يعاني منهم المواطنون اليوم هو إرهاب الأقراص المهلوسة حيث حسب دراسة قامت بها الأجهزة الأمنية 80 في المائة من المجرمين القابعين في السجون المغربية قاموا بأفعالهم الإجرامية تحت تأثير أقراص الهلوسة ،هذا ناهيك عن الذين إرتكبوا أفعالا إجرامية تحت تأثيرها ولم تستطيع الأجهزة الأمنية إلقاء القبض عليهم ،إما بسبب عدم التبليغ عنهم خوفا من بطشهم أو الجهل بأشخاصهم ،أو بسبب الرشاوي المقدمة من طرف عائلات المتهمين للشرطة القضائية أو النيابة العامة .
