L’Hôpital marocain et l’Horodateur..

Je me suis rendu pour un malaise à l’Hôpital Moulay Abdellah à Salé , inauguré par le Roi il y a deux ou trois ans ,j’ai vite compris qu’il faut abandonner :L’hôpital est moderne bien que bien trop petit pour résorber les attentes immense de la population de Sale estimée à plusieurs millions,certes il y a toutes les spécialités ,mais aux URGENCES ,c‘est un champs de bataille , un souk ,avec des bousculades ,des cohu-bohu,des rixes ,et des incivilités et des cas graves qui doivent attendre un improbable passage devant le médecin puisque le bakchich est le maître mot , tout ça à cause d’une mauvaise gestion des files d’attentes dont profitent les infirmiers corrompus ,alors que le problème serait techniquement et facilement résolu avec l’installation de simples HORODATEURS ..et il faut généraliser ce moyen moderne et simple à toutes les administrations accueillant le public ,ce moyen qui est aussi un Outil éducatif de citoyenneté…J’ai mal à mon pays !
