تأجيل محاكمة الصحفي المغربي حميد المهداوي إلى 26 ماي.
السيد المهداوي متابع بسبب تهمة تتعلق بحرية الرأي و التعبير على خلفية تصريحاته بشأن أحد الوزراء.
وقد حُكم عليه في المرحلة الابتدائية بسنة سجناً نافذاً وغرامة باهظة قدرها 150.000 يورو، فقط لأنه تجرأ على كشف ممارسات غير قانونية ل وزير فاسد، وزير “العدل” …
أتمنى أن تكون التغييرات والتعيينات الأخيرة على رأس السلطة القضائية التي قررها جلالة الملك، والذي يُعتبر، كما تنص على ذلك دساتير البلاد، الضامن الأسمى لاستقلال القضاء وفصل السلط،
وان تكون هذه التغييرات إشارة على وجود إرادة حقيقية لجعل المغرب بلداً يسود فيه العدل على قدم المساواة بين جميع المواطنين، وعدالة تستند إلى سيادة القانون، وعدالة مستقلة لا عدالة خاضعة للأوامر، ظالمة وفاسدة، عدالة تُمارَس فيها “الحكرة”.
