A propos du vote de l’ A-N pour un Etat palestinien par le Député Jean-Jacques Candelier

Cet après-midi, à l’Assemblée nationale, je voterai pour réparer une injustice vieille de plus de 60 ans, en reconnaissant enfin au peuple palestinien le droit inaliénable qui est le sien : celui de disposer d’un État.

En 1947, sur les décombres des colonialismes européens et de la barbarie nazie, l’ONU redessinait la carte du Proche-Orient. Depuis plus de 60, le joug de l’occupant ne cesse d’étouffer le peuple palestinien. Humiliations, privations, crimes de masse et spoliations forment son quotidien. L’arbitraire devient la norme, jusqu’à conduire des députés et des enfants à être détenus pour leurs idées.

Le moment est venu de mettre fin à ce cycle de malheurs et de violences. Le moment est venu de remplacer les murs par des ponts entre deux peuples, israélien et palestinien, que tout rapproche : une histoire mêlée, une culture partagée, une même terre, et surtout, la même soif de paix.

Ce conflit n’a rien d’un conflit religieux ou ethnique. La reconnaissance immédiate de la Palestine comme État souverain et indépendant, dans les frontières de 1967, et avec Jérusalem-Est pour capitale, permettra d’asseoir une paix durable. Reconnaître l’État de Palestine, c’est désarmer ceux qui instrumentalisent la cause palestinienne pour des visées totalitaires et terroristes. C’est battre en brèche la théorie absurde du choc des civilisations.

Il s’agit d’un combat historique pour les députés communistes et le Front de gauche, pour tous les progressistes. Comme le disait Nelson Mandela : « Notre liberté est incomplète sans la liberté des Palestiniens ». Les résolutions de l’ONU sont restées trop longtemps lettre morte par l’inaction du Conseil de sécurité et le veto américain sur la question du mur, de la colonisation, du respect des frontières de 1967, du blocus de Gaza, des réfugiés.

La création de l’État palestinien est consacrée par les résolutions 242 et 1 860 du Conseil de sécurité de l’ONU, qui délimitent cet État occupé sur les frontières de 1967, avec Jérusalem-Est comme capitale. Il y a 50 ans, la France de de Gaulle accordait la reconnaissance officielle à la Chine. Chaque Député a rendez-vous avec l’histoire. En cas de vote positif de la majorité de l’Assemblée nationale, il serait inconcevable que le Gouvernement ne reconnaisse pas lui aussi très vite officiellement la Palestine ! Il en va de la crédibilité de notre système démocratique.

Aujourd’hui 14 novembre , triste jour anniversaire (14/11/1974)de l’arrestation et de la mort sous la torture

puis la  disparition du corps  de Abdellatif  ZEROUAL dirigent du Mouvement marxiste -Léniniste  » iLA ALAMAM » .

sa mémoire est d’autant plus vivace , que sa dépouille n’a jamais été remise à sa famille ,

cette famille qui n’a donc pas pu faire son deuil , sa mémoire est d’autant plus vivace

 que de jeunes  combattants de la liberté se font toujours inquiétés

intimidés et emprisonnés au pays du Makhzen , ce Makhzen docile et émasculé

qui n’a aucune politique en vu excepté celle de la LA HOGRA(7ogra)  :

Le Roi  a-t-il  conscience que ce  Makhzen légué par le Tyran

fait courir à la monarchie le risque majeur d’une révolution à moyen terme

qui emporterait tout sur son passage : il est révolu le temps de la Monarchie absolue.

Le rôle de l’écrivain , du même coup , ne se sépare pas de devoirs difficile .

Par définition ,il ne peut se mettre aujourd’hui au service de ceux qui font l’Histoire :

il est au service de ceux qui la subissent , ou sinon , le voici seul et privé de son Art.

Toutes les armées de la tyrannie avec leurs millions d’hommes ne l’enlèveront pas à la solitude

même et surtout s’il consent à prendre leur pas .

Mais le silence d’un prisonnier inconnu , abandonné aux humiliations à l’autre bout du Monde ,

suffit à retirer l’écrivain de l’Exil chaque fois , du moins , qu’il parvient , au milieu des privilèges de

le Liberté , à ne pas oublier ce silence et à le relayer pour le faire retentir par les moyens de l’ART .

Aucun de nous n’est assez grand pour une telle vocation …à la seule condition qu’il accepte 

les deux charges qui font la grandeur de son métier : Le service de la VERITE et celui de La LIBERTE …

il ne peut s’accommoder de mensonges  et de la SERVITUDE qui , là ou ils règnent ,

font proliférer les solitudes . Quelles que soient nos infirmités personnelles ,

la noblesse de notre métier s’enracinera toujours dans deux engagements difficiles à maintenir :

Le Refus de mentir sur ce que l’on sait , et la RESISTANCE A l’OPPRESSION …

The Patriots are in prisons and jails and traitors are in control, force-fed to satiety, but like the pigs never satiate .You are yet paid dearly (300 billion a year more than all Kings in the world especialy more than all advanced europeen Kingdom ) for poor performance, you , your family and your friends, your government your MPs are in opulence to  swallow night and day  without shame, while  the people next to you  who struggle and suffer and finaly it is he who must pay your disastrous policy, your mismanagement and your Orgy.  : Enough , Kifaya ! People want the schools and universities qualities as those reserved for your primogeniture « darling. » UHC hospitals in each major region, maternity especially in remote villages, electricity and water for all with an affordable price , roads, bridges and tunnels including in the capital a tunnel  under the Bouregreg river to relieve the bridge, museums, theaters, schools of fine-art, cleanliness, dignity, equality of opportunity, independence of the judiciary, not the two-tier justice, « no 3afa Allah 3a ma salaf « it is necessary that all those involved in occult corruption must be judged and faces to  impartial tribunals and that goes to trial on TV for the  example, and deterrence requires that the state get tough » heads will  fell against the corrupt, especially white-collar workers and the officers  that way they make examples .enough !

it’s  enough .it need action now .close finally yours political prisons  and open instead schools near schoolchildren. mosques there has too much , enough of drugs.., we need schools, progressive and humanistic programs which we learn the true history, languages, arts, mathematics (in French or english as for your sons) physical (in the language of sciences french or English as for   your beloved, Arabic poetry, french, Anglo-Saxon, Chinese, Japanese … .it must ban this writing called Amazigh ugly coarse as invented by a Carterons bastards is an affront to the unity of our people, even the Turkish people did not even own writing and the great Persian people is not ashamed to convey its Persian language with Arabic letters such as Pakistan  for a specific purpose sow divisions  » achiqaq wannifaq la3anahoumo Allah. »
